Cancellation policy

We offer both one-time purchases and subscription options for select products.

One-Time Purchases

One-time orders are charged at checkout and cannot be canceled once the order has been processed. Please contact us at hello@thecraftersclub.com right away if you need to make a change—we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Subscription Boxes

By signing up for a subscription, you agree to a minimum of two payment cycles before cancellation is allowed. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime before your next billing date.

Need to skip a box or make changes? You can manage your subscription through your account or email us at hello@thecraftersclub.com.

Please note: Subscription box purchases are non-refundable, even if canceled after billing but before shipment. If you're unsure about committing, try the one-time box option before subscribing!
