Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Subscription boxes ship on their pre-determined dates—please see individual product pages for more details.

We ship using UPS and USPS, depending on the size and weight of your order.

While we’re not Amazon (yet!) and can’t offer free shipping on every order, we do offer flat rate shipping on subscription boxes and all other regular orders to keep things simple and affordable.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at The Craft House. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@thecraftersclub.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to make it right!
